We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. All orders receive tracking, except sticker-only orders shipped in a sticker envelope.

Most of our catalog ships from our warehouse here in Ontario, Canada. Print On Demand orders vary. They ship from a few different locations depending on where you order and if there is a manufacturer nearby. Otherwise POD (Print on Demand) products are mainly made in the USA.

We certainly do! Please ensure you enter all details correctly regarding your PO Box address.

All orders receive a tracking number unless it is a sticker envelope. After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will have your tracking information.

We ship everything in colored poly mailer packaging, which we think is still pretty discreet. However, if you'd rather have us package your order in a completely white mailer bag, instead of a colored mailer bag please send us a message at support@crinklekit.com
Larger orders will be mailed inside a plain generic cardboard box. The label has just CK for our company name and all documentation we try to keep discreet like "Adult Pyjama" or "Vinyl Sticker".
POD products are sent out by the manufacturer and are handled separately, will arrive in a plain white/grey mailer bag.

We ship packages on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays). Processing times may take longer but we try to ensure orders are sent out within 1 to 5 business days.
There are different shipping options available (depending on location), so times can vary.
